At the time of hearing before us, the learned Counsel for the assessee, by placing a letter dated 03rd December, 2020, requested for permission to withdraw the Stay Petitions filed by the assessee. The learned DR did not raise any objection for the same. We, therefore, permit the assessee to withdraw its Stay
Petitions. 

2. In the result, the Stay Petitions filed by the assessee are dismissed.
