This appeal at the instance of the assessee is directed against CIT(A)’s order dated 19.01.2018. The relevant assessment year is 2006-2007.

2. At the very outset we noticed that the assessee has filed a letter dated 14.2.2020 requesting for withdrawal of the appealpending before us. The learned Departmental Representativedid not have any objection for withdrawing of this appeal. Hence this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. In the result, the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed,as withdrawn.
