This appeal by the assessee is against the order dated 19.01.2018of the CIT(Appeals), Bengaluru-6, Bengaluru, for the assessment year 2014-15.

During the course of hearing of the appeals, the ld. counsel for theassessees sought withdrawal of the appeal stating that the assessees has opted for Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme Act, 2020 [VSVS] by filing Form 1 & 2, and Form 3 is issued by the designated authority accepting the same (copy filed). Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Pronounced in the open court on this 24th February, 2021.
