JOB PURPOSE:
The position leads the team of all FU controllers and the cost accountant to guide/ coach them towards achieving the objectives.
He/ She reports to the LU CFO and will be responsible for group reporting, periodic audits and has to work closely with all the Functional unit heads towards achieving financial target of the LU (Legal Unit).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Group reporting as per calendar.
Co-ordinating with FU Controllers for the Group reporting, audit and achieving various KPIs Driving Performance improvement through FU Controllers
Interaction with Group controller on all important issues
GENERAL TASKS:
Working with FU Controllers towards understanding of monthly financial figures and explaining deviations
Co-ordination for annual budgets and rolling forecast with ensuring timely publishing of the same Ensuring the team is motivated and imparted periodic training as per the requirement
Defining individual targets for team members and helping them to achieve them
Representing team Controlling at Cross Functional team meetings on specific projects
