KEY CUSTOMERS
Internal Customers
Mainly with Controlling, Taxation, logistics, supply chain, production, quality, HR, IT, Facility, Group accounting team. Group Treasury
External Customers
Internal and External Auditors, Suppliers, Bankers
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision of complete accounting, sales tax & internal and external auditing
Managing cash flow and meeting financing requirement ; liquidity forecasting , handling of banks & ECBs Compliances of IMS, Taxation ( Sales Tax) & legal requirements and Process improvements Monthly & Yearly P&L & Balance Sheet closing for Group as well as Local and IC recon
General Tasks:
Coordinating team for monthly & yearly closing activities, IC reconciliation to ensure all timelines are met for reporting
Ensuring availability of sufficient liquidity to ease day to day working of the company
Coordination of internal audits and to implement accepted points stated in the report Planning and finalisation of external audit in timely manner
Coordinating with different peer group for conflict resolution and continuous process improvements
