• Configuration of MSAs in SAP and UAT
• Monitor and issue guidelines to circles for RFI validation
• Keep control on overall documentation of Billing team
• Monitor activities like loading data validation, reconciling various data basis and ensuring cleaner billing database
• Ensure Rental data base is correct by performing various reconciliations so that reduction in revenue leakage
• Monitor circle teams for energy data base and harmonization with IP data base
