• MBA's / CA (Inter) / CA with 0-3 years of experience.
• Experience in premium Chartered Accountant agencies are preferred
• Solid organizational skills with ability to consolidate and analyse data received from multiple sources
• Good analytical skills, eye for numbers
• Ability to interrogate and interpret financial reports
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Strong command of report writing
• Good Excel skills (i.e. data manipulation, macros, vlookups, array formulas, pivot tables) and MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of Advanced Excel would be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of financial management, particularly in gathering/reporting on actuals, forecasts and expenses preferred
Key Responsibilities:
The role encompasses ownership for the preparation & analysis of the MIS function for the entire 3 automobile retail entities located at Chennai. Closely working with the CFO, the key responsibilities include:
• Design, develop and support various monthly / quarterly reporting to the internal and external business stakeholders
• Extraction and mining of data from the source MIS systems
• Ability to analyse the information to be able to present analysis to business
• Ability to understand the changing business needs, redesign MIS and analysis around the same
• Ability to handle a very dynamic work environment
• Support ad hoc requests from the business and senior management
• Support quarterly business meetings and any analysis required by senior management
• Proactive involvement in the business and development of infrastructure required to support reporting and analysis
• Analyse, communicate and deliver on high quality MIS in stringent timelines
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
