For Account and Tax Vacancy:
Finalization of Accounts of all group companies.
Preparation of MIS and other Data as instructed by Management
Responsible for Annual Planning & Budgeting exercise.
Liaison with Auditors and Legal Counsel
Checking of Day to Day accounting entries in Software.
Preparation of Income Tax returns, Service Tax Return, Excise Return, TDS returns, PT Return and other returns as required by law.
Ensure maintenance of updated Accounts in the software viz. Tally, Excel etc.
Timely deposit of various taxes and ensure same as per the required law,
Preparation of various documents and other work as and when required by the consultants during the time of Scrutiny by any Department.
