• CA or CA- Inter/ Dropout
• 1-4 years of exp in accounting, taxation, statutory and management reporting
• Good Interpersonal skills, Good communication skills
• Income tax, VAT, Service tax, Labor laws and other real estate related compliances
• Companies Law and LLP related Filing and compliances
• MIS preparation, Balance sheet finalization and investor reporting
• Day to Day management reporting
• Dealing with internal and external auditors
• Should be independent, honest and display highest levels of commitment towards job
• Independently manage a team of accountants, Chartered Accountants and consultants to deliver desired results
• Should be self motivated and self initiated
• Receivables - Handling Collections department for faster revenue realisations
