Job Profile:-
-Finalization of quarterly and annual financials for reporting to stock exchanges as per IGAAP and other applicable laws.
-Closing of books of accounts of Noida Unit covering three STPI units and overseas branches in USA, Japan & Europe.
-Dealings with statutory auditors (one of the Big Four Firm) for finalization of quarterly and annual financials.
-Supervising employees payroll processing and related compliance with taxation, provident fund and other statutory laws.
-Ensuring Monthly Closing and other monthly, quarterly and annual MIS.
-Annual operating and capex budgets and variance analysis.
-Preparation of investor and other financial presentations using power point.
-Ensuring process documentation for compliance with Clause 49 of listing agreement.
-Dealing with internal auditors for audit of internal controls for various financial processes and statutory compliance.
-Handling of PF & ESI Inspections and other Govt. Audits/Inspection.
