. Bachelor’s Degree
2. 3 + years of experience with payroll processing work including statutory
3. Sound knowledge of MS Office and payroll Processing
4. Knowledge of accounting entries preferably in Tally
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Focused, SLA driven and detail oriented
8. Proficiency in Tally, data report , cost centre analysis and reco with salary register
Responsibilities
1. Responsible of collation of inputs from various sources for payroll & reimbursement processing
2. Familiar with the process payment & returns of statutory compliances like PF/ESIC/PT/MLWF/Income Tax & handling inspections
3. Processing of timely payments of recruitment consultants
4. Time to time accounting of payroll expenses in tally with monthly provisions
5. Processing of Full & Final Settlement within TAT & processing the payments
6. Assist in various audits & management reports
7. Handling salary related queries of employee as to form 16, TDS and other and getting resolve it from vendor
8. Responsible for efficiently maintaining records and filing system for payroll department in a confidential manner
9. Generate accurate report as per timelines and analysis of same
