SAP FICO - 7 Positions
Roles/Responsibilities:
• Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regard to SAP Finance & Controlling (FI-CO).
• Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.
• Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client.
• Ability to create Process Flows in Microsoft Visio’s for the client’s proposed business processes.
• Ability to create Process Definition Document (PDD), Business Design Document (BDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.
• Ability to configure SAP FI-CO (Finance and Controlling) and deliver work products / packages conforming to the Client's Standards & Requirements.
• Strong configuration hands on experience in the implementation areas of New GL, Parallel Ledgers, Document splitting concepts, Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & Bank. Migration exposure from classic to New GL.
• Configuration experience in the areas of Cost centers, Internal Orders & Profit centers of SAP Controlling.
• Integration of the FI-CO module with other SAP modules and with external applications.
• In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP implementation:
o Unit Testing, Cycle Testing
o Integration Testing
o User Manual Preparation
o User Support activities
o Exposure to ASAP and other structured implementation methodologies
o Regularly interact with the onsite team/client
o Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls
o Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client

Skills/Experience Requirements:
MUST HAVE:
• 3 to 6 years of functional domain experience and 4 to 7 years of working on the FI-CO module in SAP implementation projects
• Implementation experience should be in version 4.7 upwards. ECC 6.0 is preferred.
• Hands on experience in configuring / defining the following in the FI-CO module:
o SAP FI – General Ledger ( Classic )
o SAP FI – New GL (Migration / Parallel Ledger / Document splitting)
o SAP FI – Accounts Receivable &
o SAP FI – Accounts Payable
o SAP FI – Asset Accounting
o SAP CO – Cost Centers and Profit Centers
o SAP CO – Internal Orders
o Interface
• Should have good written and oral communication skills
• Must be a good team player
Familiarity on the basic business processes with the following Functional Areas:
• SAP SD
• SAP MM
• SAP PS
• SAP HR
• SAP PP
• SAP FM & GM
NICE TO HAVE
• SAP Certification on FI or/and CO Module
• Used Solution Manager in the implementation
• Experience in SAP Country India Version (CIN) configuration and applications
• Worked on integration with other modules like SD, MM, PS, HR, PP
• Training / Awareness on Net Weaver Components
• Team Leading Experience would be added advantage
• Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with little technical knowledge
