- Multitasking ability - the job will require addressing conflicting priorities on a regular basis
- Sound Functional Knowledge - Thorough on accounting principles, compliance requirements (taxation, Corporate Laws, Commercial laws), internal controls etc
- Sound Business Finance Acumen
- Solid IT exposure - hands-on experience of having implemented and worked on multiple ERP packages
- Preferred: Multi-jurisdiction exposure (cross border transactions, transfer pricing etc)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Independently handling client relationship, particularly relationships with the promoters and investors and management team (including those operating from other countries), and to act as the first point of contact from MyCFO's side
- Ensuring delivery as per project mandate and expectations set by the client from time to time, in terms of quality and timeliness
- Leading, directing and guiding the team from MyCFO's side as well as the client's F&A staff
- Taking on P&L responsibility and ensuring time and cost efficiency without compromise on quality of the deliverables
- Responsible for handling accounting, compliance, MIS, cash flow management, business planning etc
- Engaging with the Delivery Head, CEO and other members of the MyCFO Leadership team to provide regular visibility and updates on the progress of the projects
