Credit Appraisal, Due Diligence, Structuring, Financial modelling
Thorough analysis of financial statements from lending perspective
Evaluation of business model
Preparation of Debt finance proposal and submission
Proposal follow up with lender, to ensure compliance and completion of various processes till sanction and disbursement of proposed facilities
