The candidate will be deputed to one of our client company where he/ she will be given the responsibility of handling the accounts and admin of the company. Job responsibilities include:
1) Managing Accounts
2) Preparing Purchase Orders
3) Preparing Proforma Invoices & Sales Orders
4) Preparing Invoices & Delivery Challans
5) Tracking & Processing for payments of the vendors
6) Bank reconciliation
7) Follow up with customers for the payments and tracking of the same
8) Maintaining Petty Cash Book
9) Making cash payments and maintaining Cash balance in petty cash
10) coordinating with CA
The Company is a chemical company operating at start up level on very small scale. It is situated at Bhiwandi, Thane. The candidate should be willing to be deputed to the client place. The candidate will be reporting to the director of the company as well as CA of the company.
Payscale will be commensurate with the industry.
Candidate having experience in related industry will be preferred.
