Working knowledge and Expertise using Tally
Advanced MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills
Conceptual knowledge of finalization of TDS, VAT
Effective verbal and written English communication
Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately and recognize when issues need escalation
Ability to organize workload
We are looking for a young and highly motivated Accountant who will play multiple roles in a small Textile Manufacturing and Export firm located in South Mumbai. He / She must be responsible to handle all TDS, VAT and Service Tax returns and be available for some outside work such as going to the Sales Tax office for VAT follow up or visiting Income Tax office for misc work.
Work Hours are Monday - Saturday : 10.30 am to 6.00pm (saturday half day)
Job Details
Preparing and filing of tax ( TDS, VAT & Service Tax ) returns.
Maintaining backup of financial information.
Replying to client Emails
Compensation
Annual compensation of Rs.1,50,000 - 1,75,000 based on experience
A month salary (fixed) bonus every year on job anniversary
20 days holiday (including national holidays and vacation) + 5 sick days
