-Good knowledge of Taxation, TDS & PF returns.

-Timely and accurate preparation of financial accounts of the company in line with the laws, accounting standards and generally accepted practices.
-Provides timely and effective information to management regarding performance of the company through various MIS reports.
-Creating reports and tools for monitoring business performance and sharing sharp insights on various business issues on a regular basis.
-Preparing Cash flow/ fund flow forecasts and planning the weekly/monthly fund availability.
-Accounts Receivable Management- Collection & Debtors management Audit & Compliance.
-Managing and facilitating periodic statutory and other audits.
-Preparation of Budgets (Monthly / quarterly/ annual).
-Preparation of forecast reports.
-Monitoring of performance against the budget.
-Raising timely alarms on possible budget breach and recommend corrective actions.
-Ensuring adherence to the financial policies for approval of various expenses.
-Review of Accounting Policies, Notes & Other disclosures.
-Preparation of Balance Sheet & submission of management reports.
