Be willing to learn and comfortably work in a fast-paced, start-up, entrepreneurial environment. Article Trainees will be required to deal with clients directly and handle all the related compliance's (Company Incorporation, Audit, tax compliance's, Legal replies, consultancy etc.). Each article will get exposure in all the departments on a fixed period basis during his 3 year tenure of article-ship. There will be yearly appraisals for the articles based on their performance and client annual review. They will also be required to assist in implementing and automating tax compliance's for the organisation. Article-ship is a golden period for every CA Student where he/she intends to learn and equip himself with skills and experience for better careers prospects.
