Responsibilities:
We are now looking for someone to join our team in the Finance function. In this role you will be responsible for the following:
1. Accounts and Finance - Streamlining the accounting processes;Ensure monthly closing of books, updation of MIS, improving cash management and reduce fraud, overseeing company ledgers and balance sheets
2. Legal/CS - Ensuring compliance of the accounting/legal processes with statutory and regulatory laws, ROC filings, Document storage and retrieval, managing board resolutions
3. Taxation & Compliance- Filing of taxes (Income Tax, GST, PF & ESIC etc.) and returns, handling all correspondence related to taxation.
4. Investor Relations and Business Intelligence- Maintaining and updating the MIS, tracking company performance against expected performance on a monthly basis, generating MIS reports, performing variance analysis, preparing board packs and investor PPTs; managing the board calendar and ensuring the required board meetings happen on time, maintaining the minutes of the meetings and taking ownership of the action areas; making sure that the investor requirements as per the Shareholder agreement are met
5. Fund Raising
• Assessing the fund requirement of the company and structuring the transaction for fund raising
• Developing the fund raising strategies
• Preparing Financial Projections, Information Memorandum, Presentations
• Preparing quarterly Investor Update
