KEY RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
• Preparation/Finalization & Control of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
• Supervising timely preparation of Statutory Books of Accounts, Financial Statements, Financial Reporting & Compliance.
• Co-ordinating with Internal & Statutory Auditor's for the review and completion of the audit's.
• Internal Controls, Automation and Process improvement
• All Statutory Compliances including Income tax, VAT notices(i.e. Direct and Indirect Taxation)
Desired Candidate Profile :
• Chartered Accountant with 1-3 Years experience in a reputed Company
• Experience in General ledger accounting
• Sufficient Exposure to Accounting ERP.
• Should have knowledge in Sales Tax.
• Knowledge of Transfer Pricing would be preferred
• Experience in Corporate taxation
