Position Summary:
A financial manager is responsible for providing financial advice and support to clients and colleagues to enable them to make sound business decisions lead a team of Finance Managers and Assistant Finance Managers, responsible for the provision of an expert financial management service to a portfolio of clinical units and/or corporate departments.
Major duties and responsibilities:
1. Have to look after the accounts of 4 privately owned companies.
2. Preparing accounts and tax returns.
3. Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure.
4. Auditing financial information.
5. Amassing and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements.
6. Analysing accounts and business plans.
7. Providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation.
8. Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
9. Negotiate the terms of business deals and moves with clients and associated organisations
Primary/ supervisory responsibility:
1. Supervision and development of a team of finance managers and assistant finance managers.
Required KSA:
2. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

5. Strong technical accounting knowledge.
6. Advanced excel skills.
7. Financial analysis and forecasting.

Education and experience:
1. Degree of Chartered Accountant is preferable.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience.

• Background in a Financial Accounting, Reporting, & Compliances with high attention to details.
• Experience in Budgeting & Forecasting and Financial Due diligence.
• Capable of critical thinking and ability to identifying areas of opportunities for risk and improvements
• Results and outcome-oriented with strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Proficient in MS Excel with Forecasting tools like Hyperion is an added advantage.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, self-starter, and enable to drive own activities
• Team handling experience with excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Ability to maintain calm under pressure and being wise enough to deal with different clients appropriately.

Looking for dynamic candidates as Management Trainees/ Executives, who can assume specific roles in education and consultancy services during 4-6 months of project implementation, on full time /part time/contract basis in developing and implementing industry specific education for finance stream students and in other consultancy practice areas. Roles could include one or more of the following activities:
- Content creation for Course Module development [substantially developed already]
- Developing business proposal & exploring sources and liaising with agencies for funding needs,
- Active participation in branding, copyright and publishing the course modules,
- Conducting primary market research for the education project and consulting services,
- Preparing and making presentations in workshops/courses,
- Marketing consulting services in for specialized service lines, and
- Performing due diligence and other on field consulting assignments.
Qualification & Attributes: MBA (Finance/Marketing)/ CA-IPCC/MSW.
Relevant experience in education services or consulting is preferred but not a must.
Candidates should have a pleasing personality, be articulate and possess good English communication and interpersonal skills. Should be performance oriented and willing to take full responsibility for outcome.
