• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant professional certifications.
• Minimum 2 (Two) years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a CA firm or consulting environment. Freshers having requisite exposure and experience may also apply.

Education: CA certification is mandatory. Additional qualifications such as CFA or MBA in Finance are a plus.
Experience: Experience in financial management, preferably in the tech or startup sector. Experience with fundraising and IPO processes is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems). Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modelling.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and corporate finance. Familiarity with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
