Key Responsibilities:
R2R & Financial Reporting:
Responsible for service delivery of the areas assigned
Responsible for alignment of processes within the Domain.
Strategic planning and growth of the Domain.
Act as a focal between the Local Management and the Business Partners.
Ensure that the process of MORs within the assigned areas are conducted on a monthly basis and take corrective action as and when required.
Ensure that the VOC are rolled out for each of the processes within the Domain and do a root cause analysis for the dis-satisfiers.
Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence
Lead a high performing team of region to the next level by further developing and implementing recruitment, training, and retention strategies and programs
Drives culture towards process dependency against People dependency
Attracts, motivates and retains highly qualified individuals who are committed to delivering client and business result
Requirement
CA / CWA or equivalent , 10-15 years of experience in accounting field, Should have worked in shared services org
Operations and Transition Experience
Strong People management skills
Strong organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task effectively in a high complex environment.
Strategic thinking and business oriented mindset.
Excellent Communication skills (verbal & written)
Good understanding of GAAP and Accounting processes
Ability to relate with people at all levels

Skills & Experience : Reqd. CA
• MBA's / CA (Inter) / CA with 0-3 years of experience.
• Experience in premium Chartered Accountant agencies are preferred
• Solid organizational skills with ability to consolidate and analyse data received from multiple sources
• Good analytical skills, eye for numbers
• Ability to interrogate and interpret financial reports
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Strong command of report writing
• Good Excel skills (i.e. data manipulation, macros, vlookups, array formulas, pivot tables) and MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of Advanced Excel would be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of financial management, particularly in gathering/reporting on actuals, forecasts and expenses preferred
Skills & Experience : Reqd. IPC / IPCC
We are looking for IPC/ IPCC qualified and B.Com Graduates having experience & Non experience in finance and accounts, Financial Analysis, financial closing, and internal audit. Candidate should have knowledge of Accounting We are also looking Article Assistants for our Firm.

The key goals for this role are:
• P&L Management: The Company’s P&L will be owed by this role. All moving parts including revenue recognition, revenue mix, receivables, etc. will be the core deliverable to this role.
• Budgeting: Ensuring that everything is pre-budgeted and within the limits and approvals
• MIS: Providing weekly reports to founders, investors and the board. With commentary and reasons. A critical aspect of this role is to understand tools such as ERP to get the reports. If you have been used to working only on MS Excel and/or Tally, this is not the role for you. All finance roles are becoming data science roles – that’s what matters.
• Investors: This role will help create business plans, provide insights, and will front-end key investor relations on a regular basis.
• Banks: All banking relations will be driven by this role.
• Compliance: Ensure that all government filings, including but not limited to service tax, income tax, filing returns, ROC, etc. will be the direct ownership of this role
• Others: Vendor & supplier management, book keeping, capitalization, asset management, salaries & PF, procurement, etc.
