- Preparation of Working Capital & Term Loan
Proposals, CMA Data, Financial Modelling.
- Corporate Finance, Co-coordination with Credit rating agency for credit rating, Auditors, Bankers, Consultant and external agencies.
- Evaluation of Merger & Acquisition Proposal, Valuations etc.
- Corporate MIS, Industry and peer group analysis ,Assist in finalisation of annual accounts, quarterly review of accounts , help in working out the tax liability, cost reduction initiative.
- Industry research, preparation of business plans. Help in Identifying the new business opportunities.
- Balance Sheet Finalisation of International Companies, FEMA compliances, issues. Compliances related to SEBI and companies Act and other Acts etc.
