• Candidates with minimum post qualification experience of 2-3 years in core execution & due-diligence of IPOs, Rights Issue, Open offers, Delisting, Buybacks etc with a Merchant Banker.
• Strong understanding of SEBI-ICDR, SCRA, Takeover Regulations, Companies Act etc
• Ability to work & deliver results and willing to travel extensively all over India
• Understanding of financial modeling and valuation
• Strong interpersonal & selling skills with a street smart personality.
• Well-presented and excellent communication skills both oral and written.
