Candidate should have C.A with 5+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation. Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly in regard to presenting the results of analyses to management. Candidate should have knowledge of excel spreadsheets & SAP. Should have negotiations skills and the ability to influence others.
General Description:-
Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
Maintain Banking Relationships for loans, approvals & settlement
Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and available funds for investment
as well as predicting future needs.
Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities from Banks and private Financers
Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment
requirements
Maintain regular sheet for loans, interests etc.
Create additional analyses and reports as and when required by management
Maintain banking relationships and reconciliation
Ensure the timely payment of interest and loan installments
Manage the preparation of the company's budget
