Our client a large Asset Management Company in India has retained our services to identify “Manager / Senior Manager - Internal Audit” for their operations in Mumbai.
Interested candidates should be Chartered Accountants with 6 – 8 years experience working in the BFSI sector.
The role:
• To set and maintain audit standards within the asset management audits of the company.
• To prepare a robust audit plan for asset management audit for approval by the company’s audit committee and the tracking of progress against it.
• To prepare evaluation tools / audit programs and conducting the audits along with the Internal Audit team which draws out the key controls and critical weakness of operational processes
• The prepare, discuss and finalize audit reports ensuring that they are of a consistently high standard and presenting the same to the audit committees
• To liaison and report to PCA Internal Audit for status on audits and submission of all audit reports
• To track of pending audit issues till resolution
• The prepare Audit Committee packs for the meetings and laisoning all requirements for the Audit Committee Meetings
