Experience : 1-2 years post qualification experience
Job Profile :
1. Compliance with stock exchange requirement
2. ROC related compliances for all the companies in the group
3. Banking related regular compliances
4. Interacting and liaisoning with exchange and banks for various ad-hoc tasks
5. Preparing and maintaining minutes and statutory records for all group companies
6. Other ad-hoc tasks
