Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Accounting daily, weekly and monthly bookings and related tasks
• Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment
• Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company
• Interpret the company’s financial results to the management and recommend improvement activities
• Collect and file accounting records and documentation, according to laws and principles to show the company’s financial position
• Create regular, reliable and rational information to management so that they are able to make relevant decisions
• Prepare monthly/yearly tax calculations and reports in accordance with necessary laws and requirements
• Quality and timing of the work (financial reports, documents, bookings etc.)
• Ensure timely payment of all applicable statutory payments including Income Tax, VAT, Service Tax, PF, PT etc.
• Timely completion of Statutory, Internal and Tax audits and related filings (Say IT Returns, TP Study, ROC filings etc)
• Ensure all Balance Sheet and P&L accounts are reconciled and achieved including BRS (Say Monthly, Calendar Year and Financial Year)
