Job Description
To maintain financial discipline and advise management of financial matter. closure of accounts, liaison with banks and statutory bodies
Co-ordinates and monitors book-keeping and related activities to ensure that financial transactions of the company are properly recorded
Liaises with banks for loans and the payments of bills / forex
Reviews daily reports submitted by subordinates
Prepares and submits financial MIS for decision making for product costing and identifying the profitability of each business line / product
Prepare budgets, monthly, quarterly and annual accounts of the company. Liaise with auditors and external statutory authorities (VAT / IRS)
