Semi-qualified/qualified CA with solid experience
Sound knowledge of Direct Taxes ( Income tax, ITR and TDS return filing)
Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
Possess excellent communication & writing skills
Social Media Savy

We are looking for a street smart and aspirational semi-qualified/qualified CA to join our Taxcloud Team. Looking out for a dynamic professional who over and above his/her subject matter knowledge wants to explore other facets of doing a business.
Profile Summary: As Manager Growth, one will be responsible to contribute to the overall business of TaxCloud India with focus on product development, market positioning, Sales & Marketing , customer feedbacks and solving all the day to day hustles. This role will involve one to be a multi-tasker (scratch that!), a super multi-tasker, handling multiple responsibilities and customers at the same time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company function
Make calls when necessary to answer questions and resolve issues
Funnel insights and feedback to the engineering team for Product development
Closely follow sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
