Drive Companies Business Strategy by identifying gaps in business processes and drive both Intra & Inter Function Analysis
- Supporting the strategy execution of entire SIOP process (ie. Sales, Inventory & Operational planning) & continuously analysing the data wrt. what is on track & off-track. Expected to promptly intervene on any deviation on any deviation noticed as per monthly plans and flag off any actionables to function heads for immediate corrective action.
- Prepare monthly Dashboards wrt. Key Performance Parameters for seamless operational planning delivery.
- Support Working Capital improvement plan with close eye on key parameters - Inventory, Payables & Collections.
- Supporting Business Leader in simulation of revenue projections and corresponding expenses working including working out margin protection / improvement plans."
