1. Industrial trainee vacancy in Shareholders Office
Main tasks will be:
- INDAS implications on various shareholder companies
- Drawing up of INDAS financials including notes to the accounts, disclosure
- Consolidation of various companies
- Computation of tax impact under INDAS
- Study of tax impact for various overseas payments
- RBI regulations for companies and individuals
- Other Hygiene issues like maintenance of shared drive, digitization etc.
- Help in days to payments, specials wherever necessary.
2. Industrial trainee vacancy in Treasury Department
Purpose of the role:
Support treasury operations and governance in Treasury function. Routine activities in role may include
• Trade confirmations and settlement process of Foreign Exchange and derivative transactions
• Loan documentation and debt servicing process
• Day to day operations of investments and liquidity management
• Liaison with bank counterparts on various treasury operations matters
• Preparation of various MIS reports
• Record maintenance w.r.t. various treasury transactions including in Treasury Management System
