Job Description:
- Preparation and finalization of Annual Financial Statements.
- Preparation of monthly MIS reports.
- Preparation Quarterly and annually Profit & Loss Statement.
- Handel All type of audits:
Statutory audit,
Internal audit,
Tax audit,
Transfer Pricing audit (92e).
- Monitoring of Cash Flow.
- Receivables Management.
- Filing and Arranging payments of all statutory liabilities like VAT, Service Tax, Excise and TDS etc and ensure no default.
- Liasioning with various government bodies like Excise , Sales Tax Department, Income tax etc.
