CA-Inter / CMA-Inter / B.Com / M.Com
Considerable experience with:
o Accounting Softwares such as Tally
o Working in ERP based environment
o TDS & Salary Softwares
o Word & Excel
Basic knowledge of:
Accounting standards
Tax Laws
Ability to adapt to changes and work effectively under pressure.
Ability to work with a minimum of supervision is self motivated and display a positive mental
attitude.
Experience in dealing with management and external authorities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sr. Executive (F&A)/ Astt. Manager will be responsible for:
Data entry all vouchers relating to Purchase, Sales, Cash, Bank, Journal, Debit Notes, Credit
Notes
Maintain Stock in Tally
Data entry for all Cash Receipts, Cash Payments, Bank Receipts & Bank Payments
Printing of Cheques
Preparing Bank Reconciliation statements, Reconciling Vendors accounts & Imprest to Clinics
Maintaining Leave & Salary record of the employees; processing Salary
Ensuring deduction of Statutory & Tax dues from the Salary & preparing details for filing of
proper returns
Prepare Reconciliations for Cash, Bank & Vendors accounts
Act as SPOC for employee queries relating to salary & deductions
Data entry for all the employee related expense/travel/reimbursement bills
Processing all the Vendor Payments on time with complete accuracy
Prepare weekly Cash Flows
Maintain Fixed Assets accounts in software
Prepare miscellaneous MIS reports as required from time to time
Provide details to statutory auditors during audits
Other reasonable and proper responsibilities as may from time to time be assigned by a
higher authority.
