Devise and maintain appropriate systems and controls with regard to the regulation.
To ensure the policies, processes and controls of the
allocated business and / or operations verticals is complete and robust
Advise CCO on compliance issues and provide consultative advice and support for business transactions and other related activities.
Coordinate, develop and implement the compliance programs for the Bank.
Ensure that the day to day operations meet with the overall compliance philosophy
