Has any body filed 23AC and ACA in XBRL for FY 2012-13 ? I got to know from our auditor that "MCA is yet to release XBRL software/ taxanomy" for 12-13........ Mu Question is Is it required for MCA to release taxanomy everytime for every year? I think , last year , there was change in Sch VI format....so they relased new taxanomy, but this year we can file with old taxanomy...Pl say your practical experience. Further, MCA has not issued any notification for the extention of time for filing 23AC and ACA and in case they dont extend, we will end up in paying huge fines. (Fact - we had AGM on 31/5/13).
