what will be the treatment for taking on record the accounts prepared in revised schedule VI in unlisted public company, when earlier they were prepared in the old format and already approved by the board of directors.

It has to be prepared and audited in revised schedule VI w.e.f. 01/04/2011. In case of such a blunder, it is to be duly noted in the Board Meeting and results are to be prepared in revised schedule VI and get them audited.
