Xbrl-2012

Hi,

Compared to last year XBRL , this year's XBRL-2012 is little complicated due to schedule -VI .the recent circular from MCA for quality of filing xbrl , with referene to that , i feel that the  sufficient time after release of validation tools is not been given , so may  be due to deadline pressure , quality of its getting affected.

the professionals should ask for more times for filing in xbrl as software also plays important role.

is there any possibility of xbrl deadline getting extended fromm 15.12.2012?

pls suggest

regards

Dear Friend,

With the implementation of revised schedule VI, i personally feel that filing and interalia XBRL filing has became much easier, becuase last year we have to make manual calculations to arrive at the figures we need to fill with XBRL software. However, with the implementation of revised schedule VI, all such figures are to be mentioned in the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss account separately. Therfore, in my opinion, filing has became easier with the implementation of Revised Schedule VI.

Hi, This XBRL had became more complicated. Since so much extra information is needed to complete a document and even tagging is done detailed tagging. Hence whole xbrl work has increased from last year. and date of deadline should be increase from 15 to facilitate service provider into filing large number of filers.

In my opinion with the implementaion of revised schedule VI, XBRL Filing has became easier....

which tool you are using for XBRL conversion...

I am providing XBRL Services. However, i am not taking about any specific tool... It is my observation during the filing of XBRL that this year it is much easier with the implementaion of revised schedule VI, otherwise last year we have to manually find out the figures from the balance sheet and profit and loss accounts of the Companies.
