please do not for CPA(ICFAI). There is one and only CPA and it is CPA(USA)of AICPA. I think ICFAI is not providing CPA  right now.There is no recognition in India nor any where in the world.You better go for CPA(USA).,...and for eligibilty and all please visit www.cpanet.com------international exam takers-----B.com---
