Wrongly paid CGST & SGST instead of IGST

In March 2023 sale shown as intrastate where as it was interstate.
Accordingly CGST & SGST was paid on that sale.
In April 2023 GSTR 1 sale ammended to interstate sale.
Now I have CGST & SGST in negative figure in R1.
My query is should I go for refund of C/SGST or adjust it in output of GSTR3B ?

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a common GST error where CGST and SGST were paid on an interstate sale instead of IGST. The user amended their GSTR-1 to reflect the interstate nature of the sale, resulting in negative CGST/SGST figures. The core query is whether to claim a refund for the wrongly paid CGST/SGST or adjust it within the GSTR-3B, considering the current zero balances in cash and CGST/SGST credit ledgers.

What about Cash ledger or Credit ledger balances...???
0 balance in cash ledger and 0 balance in C/S GST
I don't know what is showing and how can we set off in GSTR 3b as you said.
