Wrong upload

what if we have wrongly uploaded balance sheet as on 31 Dec 2021 instead of 31 March 2021. form 3cb and 3cd have been correctly uploaded. even notes to accounts are correct only balance sheet and pnl is wrongly upload.

Revise your 3cd report and re upload revised balance sheet and p and l

Yes if the upload has been approved by the assessee then the only way to edit the attachment is via revision of audit. 

It is difficult to comment on whether it will lead to assessment or not.
