I have claim unknown TDS in my income tax return in FY-17-18 As per form 26 AS. and taken refund and after 5 years this credit is Nil in my 26 AS. so what can i do in this situation.. Please suggest me..! Income tax department file any prosecution against me..?

Dear sir i have already paid through challan 400 regular assessment.. and filed rectification request to cpc
It may passes through in your favor.
You have to pay interest also from the date of release of payment to the date of payment of regular assessment tax
If you have already paid challan then you are completely out of worries. There is no prosecution just for sake of claiming wrong TDS
When did you receive the tax refund and when was the tax paid under regular assessment tax?
