Yes it will get affected, But surprising that how your Supervisor also could not notice this when they signed your paper.... Now have you just darkened the wrong circle or lso written wrong alphabet of Quetion sheet on your OMR sheet will also matter somewhat... Pls recollet what you have exactly done......
