My purchase of Mutual Funds in FY 20-21 is Rs 81 Lac whereas AIS & TIS report Rs 512 Lac.
How can I seek redressal to avoid a Notice from IT.

On AIS portal response on feedback tab.
And if u have correct MF report than file return as per that and if any issue arise in future ,so that we can submit that report to the department

Thanks. Good suggestion to post on feedback tab of portal. That will strengthen my case.
You can also raise grievance so that proper written response of IT will be there
