I have a query. In my ST registration certificate my firm's name is printed wrong and i have been charging ST with actual name of my firm. Is there any legal complications? and how to rectify it?

You go to change your Busines name in ST registration.
Yes, It's wrong. Bill name and Registered are mismatch the hole is not accepted by department. So, go to change it
