Can anybody tell me, what to do if C-form wrongly issued in the name party instead of bywhich the purchase is made. But TIN No. & Address is correct.
SO there is any obligation/Liability is I issue form C in that form or I Have to submit revise return.
You can inform the concerned Sales Tax Officer who have issued you the C form and get the name corrected of the same. You dont need to revise the returns for this.
