wrong information in CAclub article

Hello members.

I am not able to get the (iv.)& (v. )Point mentioned in this article.

iv. ATO exclude intrastate supply
v. ATO exclude interstate service supply.


Does that mean that my aggragate turnover is Zero if I only give interstate service supply?
