WRONG IFSC IN ITR

Hello Experts,

I want to know that I'd file income tax return and ITR is processed 10 days before but not credited in my bank account.

There is mistake in IFSC code while filing the return. Do department will intimate me for wrong IFSC code ?

What are the measures which I can take for getting the refund.

Quick Summary

Is there any other way also other than revising the return.

Other options I had heard but not sure will that work or not,

1. Grievance

2. Service Request

Revise return is a better option

You just have to update your details via 'Refund Re-issue Request' under 'My Accounts'.

Link your pan with bank account in profile page. After that under service request menue, raise refund reissue request with Aadhar otp. No need to revise the Return nor raise complaint.
