Wrong filing of itr of auditable unit

Hi friends...

I had wrongly filled ITR for A.Y. 2011-12 of an auditable unit without digital signature and I had revised it also with digital signature.

My question is that whether i am liable to send the digitally unsigned copy of ITR to karnataka.

No Mr. Dhaval, once u have filed wid digital sign then no need to send earlier unsigned copy but if u can then u can send it and it also advisable to send both copy in one single envelope to income tax department- CPC.

The later option is better for clarifying the matter at a glance.

CPC will not raise any issue  in case of manually filed return when the ITR V of it  would be sent to it.

On the basis of copy of digitally signed ITR V , it may conclude the matter there only, without further inquiring into the matter.
